E4980A Precision LCR Meter

The Keysight (formerly Agilent) E4980A Precision LCR Meter delivers the highest accuracy and repeatability measurements in the 20Hz to 20MHz range, supporting LAN, USB, and GPIB computer connections. The E4980A not only provides fast measurements and excellent performance at low impedance but also at high impedance, unlike other LCR meters that can only meet one or the other.
